Partners can return vouchers valid until 31.12.2023 until 31.01.2024.
Paper vouchers can be returned in several ways:
1. By mail or in person at the loading center

We only accept vouchers returned in person in a closed package. They will be redeemed at the bank account after processing in the loading center according to the terms agreed in the General Terms and Conditions.
2. At MAKRO Cash & Carry ČR branch
Return the vouchers to any MAKRO Cash & Carry ČR branch, where the money will be charged to your Makro card immediately. You can return Ticket Restaurant or Edenred Service only.
3. Within order from Bidfood
You can pay part of or the whole order with meal vouchers. You simply give them to the driver when you pick up the goods. You can find more information HERE.
When returning vouchers, it is always necessary to enclose completed list.
