Terms of Use of the Edenred Card

Before using the Card, please read carefully these Terms and Conditions applicable to using your Edenred Card (further also “Card” or “EC”) issued in cooperation with Mastercard®. By using the Card, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand anything or if you disagree with anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, please contact the Info Line (you can find the contact details in Article 16).

1. DEFINITIONS

Account is an electronic account associated with your Card.

Apple Pay means the payment method for contactless payments developed by Apple Inc. that allows Card holder to pay for purchases by using virtual card that has been stored on an Apple device supporting Apple Pay.

Application means a mobile application that can be used on Android and Apple devices. It can be downloaded free of charge through Google Play or App Store, and the Card Holder can check the balance on its Card and payments made through the Card using the Application.

ATM is an automatic device allowing you to withdraw cash.

Available Balance is the amount of funds credited to the wallet, which a card user can dispose of.

Card Holder is an individual authorised by the Company to use the Card who enters into these Terms and Conditions with the Programme Administrator. Card Number is a sixteen-digit number printed on the face side of the Card.

Company is an entity that participates in the Programme.

The Edenred Benefits (further also “EB”) is a leisure digital wallet within the EC that allows you to make non-cash payments for goods and services for leisure purposes permitted by law. Edenred Benefits Wallet can also have a form of a separately issued Edenred Benefits Card. Funds issued within the EB digi- tal wallet are not considered electronic money within the meaning of Act No. 370/2017 Coll., on Payment Systems.

The Edenred Card (hereafter “EC”) is a multifunctional Mastercard prepaid card, which can hold up to two digital wallets – meal voucher (TR) and leisure wallet (EB) and has been issued to you at the Company‘s request under these terms and conditions. Edenred Card is a personalized name card assigned by a company to a specific cardholder.

Edenred Benefits Card (“EBC”) is a non-transferable chip card with a magne- tic strip issued by Issuer under MasterCard licence, with an assigned personal identification number (PIN).

Full Deduction Amount is the total amount of the Transaction, including the actual amount of the Transaction and any related fees, reimbursements and taxes.

Google Pay is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches by visualisati- on of a payment card into a mobile device.

Info Line addresses queries and service requirements relating to your Card. The contact details of the Info Line are given in Article 16.

Issuer is PrePay Technologies Limited, incorporated in the Companies Regis- ter in England and Wales under number 04008083, contact address: PO BOX 3883, Swindon, SN3 9EA.

Letter is the letter or document enclosed to your Card.

Mastercard Acceptance Mark means marking with the name of Mastercard International Incorporated, which indicates the acceptance of cards. Mastercard® Contactless is a contactless payment technology that allows you to pay with your Card just by placing your card over the POS terminal reader without having to enter your PIN. The limit for contactless payment without en- tering a PIN is 500 CZK. Please note that some terminals have different limits for contactless payments. The contactless payment can be rejected at any time and a regular payment can be requested instead (by inserting the card into the terminal with PIN entry).

Mastercard International Incorporated is Mastercard International Incorpo- rated, with its registered office at 2000 Purchase Street, Purchase, New York 10577, USA.

Merchant is any retailer, an individual, a legal entity or a corporation that ac- cepts cards, as usually evidenced by the Edenred Benefits or Ticket Restaurant sticker, and that, in accordance with the tax benefits defined by law, falls into one of the eligible categories where the Card can be used. An up to date list of Merchants accepting Edenred Card is available at www.edenred.cz.

My Account is a section on the Website that accesses online Card-related services and where you can also view the Available Balance and the transaction history.

Personal Data mean any information that the Programme Administrator has received from the Company or from you in connection with an application for the issue of a Card or with its use and your registration in the My Account on the Website or in the Application, and that the Programme Administrator processes for the purposes of Card handling.

PIN means the personal identification number for the Card use.

POS means a point of sale.

Programme is the Edenred Benefits or Ticket Restaurant Programme, under which you dispose with your digital wallet and under which your Card has been issued.

Programme Administrator is Edenred CZ s.r.o., incorporated in the Commer- cial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. C 170804, with its registered office at Pernerova 691/42, 186 00 Prague 8, the Czech Republic.

Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Strong Customer Authentication means additional security measures to verify that you have authorised certain Transactions or other actions related to the use of your Card and/or Account.

Terms and Conditions mean these Terms and Conditions in the current wor- ding.

Ticket Restaurant® (hereafter TR) – is a meal voucher digital wallet that allows you to pay the price or part of the price of food or the purchase of food for direct consumption. It is forbidden to pay for the purchase of tobacco and alcohol pro- ducts or any other non-food items via the TR digital wallet. Funds issued within the TR digital wallet are not considered electronic money within the meaning of Act No. 370/2017 Coll., On Payment Systems. TR can also have a form of a separately issued Ticket Restaurant® Card.

Ticket Restaurant Card (TRC) is a nontransferable prepaid card with a magne- tic strip issued by Issuer, under MasterCard licence, with an assigned personal identification number (PIN), facilitating contact and contactless payment of the price or part of the price of catering via payment terminals or via online payment gate.

Transaction is any sale made with Merchant through a POS or online using the Card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Virtual Card is a virtual Card variant created to make payments with Merchant through the Google Pay or Apple Pay. The Virtual Card is linked to the Card and to your digital wallets. The use of the Virtual Card through Google Pay is gover- ned by the terms of use of Google Pay available on the Website. The use of the Virtual Card through Apple Pay is governed by the Rules for use of Edenred CZ s.r.o. Payment Card that are part of Apple Pay service.

Website means the website www.edenred.cz, where you can after login into section My Account access your Card and your digital wallets information and where these Terms and Conditions are also published.
You (in all forms) means an individual who is authorised by the Company to use the Card.

2. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS


2.1. These terms and conditions are designated for Edenred Card holders and for EB a TR digital wallet users. Your Card is a prepaid chip card that is protected by a PIN code. It is not a credit, debit or the so-called charge card.

2.2. The Card was issued by the Issuer. Your rights and obligations relating to the use of this Card are governed by these Terms and Conditions between you and the Programme Administrator. In the case of any problems with the use of the Card, please contact the Info Line. The funds are denominated in Czech crowns (CZK). The Card is permanently the property of the Issuer.

3. CARD PROVISION AND ACTIVATION


3.1. You must sign the Card immediately upon its takeover.

3.2. You must activate the Card before using it for the first time. You can activate the Card online by Website via the section My Account or by calling the Info Line and selecting “Card Activation” from the menu. During the activation, you will be required to enter your Card Number, the Card serial number and activation code provided in the Letter that you receive together with the Card.

3.3. During the activation, you will receive a four-digit PIN code. Never write your PIN down, tell it to any third parties, or enter it in such a way that others can see it. We will not share your PIN with anyone else. If you forget your PIN, you can get your PIN in the section My Account under card information by clicking on view PIN.

3.4. In some domestic ATMs you will be able to change your PIN code (a char- ged service). If you decide to change your PIN, do not choose a PIN that can be easily guessed. It should not be a number that:

3.4.1. Is easily associated with your person, such as your phone number or date of birth;

3.4.2. Is part of the data embossed on the Card;

3.4.3. Consists of the same digits or consecutive digits;

3.4.4. Is the same as any previously selected PIN code.

4. CARD USAGE


4.1. You can only use the Card for transactions with Merchants. The Card will not work in any other stores. If you try to use the card in any other non-Merchant store, the card will be declined. The operation must take place in the legal cu- rrency of the Czech Republic. All attempts at operations in other currencies will be rejected.

4.2. You must authorise all transactions so that we can verify their authorisation. The transaction will be considered authorised if:

4.2.1. Your PIN or other security code associated with your person was used;

4.2.2. Your Card was used and you authorised the transaction by signing the receipt;

4.2.3. Your Card was placed on a card reader for Contactless payments, and the card reader accepted the Card. The Contactless payment can also be made using the Virtual Card via Google Pay or via Apple Pay. You can make 5 consecutive Contactless transactions after which any Contactless transactions will be declined, and you will be required to enter your PIN to authorise the transaction. Please note that it is usually not possible to stop

the transaction if it has been authorised because as of that moment the Pro-

gramme Administrator considers it to be accepted.

4.3. Your Card is a prepaid card, which means that the Available Balance will be reduced by the Full Deduction Amount. The transaction can be authorised only if the Full Deduction Amount is less than or equal to the Available Balance at your disposal in your digital wallet. If the Full Deduction Amount exceeds the Availab- le Balance in your digital wallet, you will not be authorised to use the Card. In such a case, you can ask the Merchant to split the payment, paying the differen- ce with another payment means and using your digital wallet to pay the amount corresponding to the balance. If, for any reason, your payment exceeds the Available Balance in your wallet, you will be required to pay to the Programme Administrator the difference between the Full Deduction Amount and your Avai- lable Balance, within 14 days of the receipt of the billing from the Programme Administrator. If you do not pay the invoiced amount within 14 days of receipt of the invoice from the Programme Administrator, the Programme Administrator reserves the right to take all necessary steps to recover the outstanding amount, including legal action.

4.4. There is a daily transaction limit of CZK 40,000 for EB wallet payments. For TR wallet payments, there is no daily or transaction limit. The limit cannot be changed and is calculated from 1:00 – 00:59.

4.5. You can check the current Available Balance in your digital wallet/wallets at any time via the My Account section on the Website, the Info Line or the Application.

4.6. For security reasons, Merchants accepting Cards are required to request the authorisation of each of your transactions by the Issuer. Under certain cir- cumstances, Merchants may require that the Available Balance in your wallet be higher than the value of the transaction being executed. Only the actual final amount of the transaction will be debited.

4.7. Never use the Card as an identity card. If the Card is used as an identity card, the Merchant’s request for the transaction authorisation will be rejected by the Issuer.

4.8. You may not use the Card to purchase traveller’s cheques, for cash with- drawals in ATMs or at Merchants (cash back), to cover outstanding amounts on credit cards, to repay overdrafts or other loans, to pay membership fees or subscriptions by direct debit from the Account, or to pay at self-service petrol stations. The electronic means in your wallet will always be in the legal currency of the Czech Republic.

4.9. The Available Balance in your wallet bears no interest.

4.10. We may block your Card at any time (in accordance with Article 13 of these Terms and Conditions). If we do so, you will not be able to use the Available Balance in your wallet.

4.11. The Merchants will not accept any damaged or altered Cards.

4.12. You may not sell or transfer your personalised card to another person. The card cannot be transferred to the heirs in connection to the inheritance proceedings.

4.13. When making purchases with the Card, you may not withdraw the cash co- rresponding to the remaining Available Balance in the wallet or any part thereof. 4.14. The Available Balance can be redeemed at merchants according to the wallet the cardholder has active. The TR or EB wallet can be used in restau- rants, food and other establishments of Merchants that have a valid contract with Edenred for acceptance of the respective wallet, which is usually demonstrated with the Ticket Restaurant® sticker or with the Edenred Benefits sticker at its pre- mises. You can find the list of respective merchants at www.edenred.cz. If the es- tablishment holds a payment terminal that accepts funds from both wallets and holder has both wallets active and with sufficient available balance, payments up to CZK 500 will be debited to the TR wallet and payments above CZK 500 will be debited to the EB wallet. In case of insufficient balance available on the TR wallet, the transaction will be rejected. Should the incorrect purse be dedu- cted, the cardholder is obliged to contact the Edenred customer line and report incorrect transaction booking.

4A USING 3D SECURE


4A.1. 3D Secure is a payment authentication standard for internet purchases which adds an extra layer of security when purchasing goods or services online with participating retailers. It is a form of Strong Customer Authentication. To enhance the safety of online payments, you will increasingly need to use 3D Secure to confirm it’s you when you make payments online.

4A.2. To use 3D Secure:

  • you must have internet access;
  • you must have a mobile phone;
  • we must have your correct mobile phone number;
  • your mobile phone must be able to receive text messages;
    It is important that you ensure that the personal information we hold for you (in particular your mobile phone number) is up to date.

4A.3. When making a purchase online for which authentication is required, you will be brought to a 3D Secure verification screen.

4A.4. You’ll be prompted to enter a one-time passcode (passcode) sent to your mobile phone by text message (SMS) to complete your purchase. You have a set amount of time and a number of attempts to enter the passcode correctly. If you do not enter the passcode correctly, you will be unable to complete your online purchase.

4A.5. The passcode will only be valid for the online purchase you have received it for.

4A.6. We will deem any transaction authenticated using 3D Secure as having been authorised by you.

4A.7. We do not charge you for 3D Secure. You are responsible for any SMS fees charged to you by your mobile phone provider.

5. CREDITING FUNDS INTO YOUR WALLET


5.1. The funds will be issued to you provided that you have met the Company’s requirements for the Card issue, and after the Issuer has received an instruction from the Programme Administrator to issue the funds, based on the receipt of the appropriate payment by the Programme Administrator. The value of such funds will then be added to the Available Balance on your Card and relevant wallet. The TR wallet can be credited up to the maximum Available Balance of CZK 40,000. The EB wallet can be credited up to the maximum Available Balance of CZK 120,000.

5.2. The validity of the funds charged to a TR wallet for the funds charged during period from 1 January to 30 September is until 31 December of a given calendar year, and for the period from 1 October to 30 December of a given calendar year until 31 December of the following calendar year. Expired funds cannot be reimbursed retroactively. You can verify validity of the funds charged to your wallet in the My account.

5.3. The individual crediting of funds to the EB wallet is valid 24 months from the date of crediting. The funds expire always at the beginning of the day at 1:00AM (not 00:59AM). Expired funds cannot be reimbursed retroactively. You can verify validity of the funds charged to your wallet in the section My account.

6. TERMINATION OF THE CARD


6.1. The Card expiration date is printed on the Card face side. After its expirati- on, the Card can be used no longer.

6.2. No transactions will be processed after the Card expires.

6.3. The Issuer reserves the right not to issue a replacement card, and in any case will not issue a replacement card if the Programme Administrator informs the Issuer that you are no longer entitled to use the Card.

6.4. Any Available Balance in your wallet when it expires will not be refunded.

7. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORISATION OF THE CARD USER


7.1. Issuer may restrict or refuse to authorise any use of card through POS terminals that constitutes or might constitute a violation of these Terms and Con- ditions, or in cases where Issuer has a reasonable suspicion that you or a third person have committed or are about to commit a criminal offence with the card or otherwise abuse the card.

7.2. If Edenred is forced to investigate any transaction, you are required to coo- perate with us or another competent authority if necessary.

7.3. Never allow another person to use your personalised card.

7.4. You are responsible for all transactions that you authorise in accordance with Article 4.2.

7.5. You agree to indemnify the Issuer against and hold them harmless in the event of any court costs related to court proceedings conducted to enforce these terms of use of the Card, or in connection with their violation or a misuse of the Card or the PIN code you are responsible for, if you have committed or authori- sed any such violation or other unlawful action.

8. LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE OF THE CARD


8.1. Treat – the funds in your wallet like cash in your wallet. If your Card is lost or stolen, all the funds you have on it may be lost, just like losing your wallet.

8.2. In the case of damage, malfunction, loss, theft, misuse or other risk of unauthorised use of the Card, please contact the Info Line immediately or inform us via contact form at www.edenred.cz. You will be asked to provide the Card serial number and identification data. You are responsible for any unauthoris- ed transactions made until you report the loss or theft, i.e. the amount of such transactions will be deducted from the Available Balance in your wallet. In the event of loss, theft, abuse or other risk of unauthorised use of the card, you may request that your card be blocked, in section My Account at www.edenred.cz or by phone at 296 363 000. In a similar way, temporarily blocked card can be unblocked. In the event of blocking and subsequently issuing a new card, any unused funds from the blocked and deactivated card will be transferred to the newly issued card. This does not apply, if Edenred card was reissued instead of TRC or EBC.

8.3. If you have reported card loss or theft in accordance with Article 8.2 or have requested your card blocked pursuant to Article 8.2, you will not be liable for any damage occurring after the date you reported card loss or theft or requested card blocking. If there is an Available Balance in your wallet and your card is not unblocked later, Edenred will issue a new card and transfer to it the last Available Balance.

8.4. If Edenred has reason to suspect that you have acted fraudulently, that the- re has been gross negligence on your part, or that you have deliberately failed to report the loss or theft of your card, you will be liable for any damage incurred.

9. FEES


9.1. In connection with the Card, a fee of CZK 5 is charged for each change of PIN at the ATM.

9.2. The fee will be deducted from the Available Balance in your TR wallet. If there is no Available Balance in your TR wallet, the fee will be deducted from your EB wallet. If there is no available balance in any of your wallets, or if the fee exceeds the amount of the Available Balance in your wallet, we will send you an invoice that you are required to pay within 14 days of the date of receipt of the invoice. If you do not pay the invoiced amount within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the Programme Administrator reserves the right to take all necessary steps to recover the outstanding amount, including legal action.

10. DISPUTES


10.1. If you have a reasonable suspicion that the transaction for which your Card

was used was unauthorised or that the transaction was mistakenly charged to your digital wallet, the circumstances of the transaction will be checked by the Issuer at your request. Please note that, in connection with the disputed transac- tion, the Issuer may ask you to contact the competent authorities.

10.2. The Programme Administrator may refund the amount of unauthorised transaction unless the Programme Administrator has a good reason to believe that you have been negligent in failing to comply with these Terms and Conditi- ons or that you have acted fraudulently.

10.3. In all cases the value of a disputed transaction may later be deducted from your Card if the Programme Administrator receives information that proves that the transaction was genuine.

10.4. The Programme Administrator reserves the right not to refund any amounts if the Programme Administrator believes that you have not acted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and to report any fraudulent claims to the competent authorities.

11. COMPLAINTS


11.1. Any complaints related to these Terms and Conditions should first be ad- dressed to your employer and then to the Programme Administrator, whom you can contact via the Info Line.

12. CHANGES


12.1. The Programme Administrator is entitled to change these terms and con- ditions by a notification addressed to you trough a section My Account (or your Company at least one (1) months in advance. The current wording of the Terms and Conditions is also always available on the Website. By using the Card after such changes enter into force, you confirm that you accept the modified Terms and Conditions.

13. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION


13.1. If it becomes apparent that you are no longer authorised to use the Card, the Card will be blocked immediately and you will no longer be able to use the Available Balance.

13.2. The Programme Administrator is authorised to terminate these Terms and Conditions, i.e. suspend the validity of your Card, at any time:

13.2.1. By notice given at least one months in advance, or

13.2.2. With immediate effect (until the dispute is resolved or until the Terms and Conditions are terminated) if you use or intend to use the Card in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or other unlawful purposes, or if your transactions can no longer be processed for reasons on the part of third parties.

13.3. If you wish to terminate the Card early before expiration date, please con- tact the Programme Administrator.

13.4. You will no longer be able to use any Available Balance upon termination.

14. LIABILITY OF THE PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR


14.1. The liability of the Programme Administrator in connection with these Ter- ms and Conditions (whether as a result of their breach, a violation of law (inclu- ding negligence) or a breach of a statutory or other obligation) is subject to the following exceptions and limitations:

14.1.1. The Programme Administrator is not liable for any non-compliance that is a direct or indirect consequence of an event beyond the Programme Administrator’s control, such as, in particular, lack of funds or failure of network services on the part of any Merchant.

14.1.2. The Programme Administrator is not liable for any loss of profits and loss of trades or for any indirect, consequential, special or disciplinary damage.

14.1.3. If the Card is faulty due to the Issuer’s error, it is its responsibility to merely replace the Card.

14.1.4. In the event of a wrong deduction of funds to the debit of your Avai- lable Balance, the Programme Administrator’s liability is limited to the refund of the relevant amount.

14.1.5. In all other cases of non-compliance of the Programme Administra- tor, the Programme Administrator’s liability is limited to the reimbursement of the Available Balance.

14.2. No provision of these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts the Is- suer’s liability for death or injury as a result of negligence or fraud committed by the Issuer.

14.3. The above exceptions and limitations as described in Article 14 shall also apply to any liability of persons cooperating with the Issuer, such as the Card Issuer, the Programme Administrator, Mastercard International Incorporated or its affiliates, other contractors, agents or distributors, and any of their affiliates, towards you, which may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

15. PERSONAL DATA


15.1. We consider all your Personal Data to be confidential and we process them in accordance with the Regulation and generally binding regulations of the Czech Republic. The processing of the Personal Data is necessary to perform the Agreement between the Programme Administrator and the Company and to issue your Card. Without the Programme Administrator obtaining your Personal Data to the extent necessary for the Card issuance and without forwarding the

Personal Data to the Issuer for the purpose of preparing your Card, your Card cannot be issued or used. The Personal Data you provide to the Programme Administrator when you sign up for section My Account on the Website or for the Application or in connection with the operation of these applications are pro- cessed by the Programme Administrator based on performance of the contract, your express consent or based on a legitimate interest or other legal basis.

15.2. The purpose of processing of your Personal Data by the Programme Admi- nistrator is to ensure an uninterrupted Card use, operate the section My Account on the Website and the Application, and distribute the Programme Administra- tor’s commercial communications.

The purpose of forwarding your Personal Data to the Issuer is to prepare and issue a Card. Such forwarding of the Personal Data to the Issuer for the purpose of Card issuance is, in accordance with the Regulation, considered processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the data controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)f) of the Regulation, and the consent of the data sub- ject is not required for that forwarding.

For statistical surveys, analytical purposes and transaction processing, your Personal Data may be provided to the Programme Administrator’s affiliates, whose identification data will be provided to you on request.
The protection of the Personal Data required by law will be guaranteed when the Personal Data are forwarded to third parties.

15.3. Your Personal Data will be processed by the Programme Administrator for as long as your Card is active, i.e. for the duration of your registration in the sec- tion My Account on the Website and the Application. Beyond the processing time thus determined, your Personal Data will be processed to the extent necessary if stipulated by the applicable laws.

15.4. You are entitled to request access to the Personal Data, the correction or deletion of the Personal Data, as well as a restriction on the processing of the Personal Data. You have the right to object to the processing of the Personal Data and the right to the portability of the Personal Data. All these rights can be exercised through the form for exercising rights at https://www.edenred.cz/ jak-podat-zadost You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (“Office”), located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, telephone number: 234 665 111 (switchboard). Office operates a website: www.uoou.cz, where you will find more information about what and how Office can help you.

15.5. For verification and security purposes, such as the application of Strong Customer Authentication measures, we are collecting certain personal informa- tion from you including your mobile phone number. We will pass this data to our third-party service providers as required for the administration of Strong Custo- mer Authentication measures.

16. INFO LINE


16.1. If you need assistance, you can contact the operator at the Customer Service at + 420 296 363 000 (Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM). A 24-hour au- tomatic service is available at the same number, or you can contact your Com- pany.

16.2. The Card loss or theft reporting service and Card blocking service are is available at the Customer Service phone number and on the Website through a Contact form.

17. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND GOVERNING LAW


17.1. Any failure to exercise or a late exercise of any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions by the Programme Administrator shall not have the effect of waiving such a right or remedy, nor shall it prevent its subsequent exercise.

17.2. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be considered unla- wful or legally ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and effective.

17.3. You are not authorised to assign or transfer any of your rights or privileges under these Terms and Conditions. Your full liability ceases to exist only when all Cards issued to you have been cancelled or expired and you have paid any amounts due under these Terms and Conditions in full. The Programme Admi- nistrator may transfer its rights and entitlements at any time without having to notify you in advance. The Programme Administrator may contractually entrust the performance of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person.

17.4. No third party that is not a party to this contractual relationship shall have the right to exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions, except for the person referred to in Article 17.3, which may exercise the provisions of Article 17.

17.5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Czech law. In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with Card or these Terms and Conditions, the Czech courts will be competent to resolve them.

17.6. Mastercard and the Mastercard logo are registered trademarks of Master- card International Incorporated.

17.7. Google Pay is a trademark of Google Inc.

17.8. Apple Pay is a trademark of Apple Inc.

17.9. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 15 January 2022.
