For how long are meal vouchers ordered on the portal valid?

What is e-Ticket?

E-Ticket is an electronic type of voucher, and it is one of the fastest ways to draw benefits. It consists of a 6-digit code, and it is valid for 6 months after it is ordered. The e-Ticket voucher is non-transferable - you can only pay with e-Ticket at the partner establishment for which you ordered the e-Ticket. When purchasing goods or services, announce that you will pay with e-Ticket. The partner establishment will then verify the payment on the Internet https://partner.benefitycafe.cz. If you spend more than the value of the e-Ticket, you pay the rest in cash.

How long are Edenred Benefits vouchers valid for?

The vouchers are valid for 21 months – from April 1 till December 31 of the following year. If you order the vouchers in January 2019, they will only be valid untill December 2019. If you wait and order the vouchers in April 2019, they will be valid until December 2020. A new set of vouchers is issued in April every year. You can find the date of expiry on the front side of the voucher.

I don't know where I can use a specific voucher. Can you help me?

In the Establishment search engine in your cafeteria, select a payment method, e.g. EdenredMulti, and click „Edit results“. You can also customize your search by entering an address or keyword (e.g., fitness, education), or selecting a category in the selection on the page.

Where and what can I pay for with the vouchers?

You can find establishments where you can use your meal vouchers in our search engine. The meal vouchers are used to buy lunch during a work shift - i.e. to buy meals in a restaurant, cafeteria or canteen, or to purchase groceries to cook at home or at work. You cannot use a meal voucher or meal card to buy anything that is not food, not even alcohol, tobacco, or pet food.

Is there a way to exchange expired vouchers?

Unfortunately, expired vouchers cannot be exchanged. You can donate them to charity till the end of February. All the vouchers you send to our headquarters address will be counted and the funds collected will be sent to the "Pomozte dětem" (Help for children) account. Over the 15 years we have supported this charity event, we have collected 5,364,304 CZK.

When I exchange credit for paper meal vouchers, can I pick the vouchers up personally?

We send the meal vouchers to the contact address listed in your order. It is not possible to pick them up personally.

Where can I pay with a Ticket Restaurant® meal voucher or card?

You can find the current list of establishments in our search engine or through the TicketCard by Edenred mobile app, which you can download for free on Google Play and Apple Store. Partner establishments are marked with a sticker with the Ticket Restaurant® logo.

What law deals with meal voucher legislation?

The use of Ticket Restaurant® meal vouchers and cards is governed by the Labor Code and the Income Tax Act. Act no. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor Code, stipulates that the employer is obliged to enable employees to have a meal during all shifts.

All our vouchers are valid for a maximum of 15 months. Edenred Clean vouchers issued from January 1 till September 30 are always valid till the end of the same year. Vouchers issued from October 1 till December 31 are valid till the end of the following year.

I ripped or otherwise devalued my vouchers. What should I do?

We are sorry that this occurred, but we do not replace vouchers damaged by the user.

How do I know where they accept the voucher I received from my employer?

Partner establishments are marked with the Edenred logo and the name of the specific product (e.g. Edenred Benefits or Edenred Clean).

In what nominal values do you make meal vouchers?

The meal voucher can have a nominal value from 30 to 120 crowns, graded by one crown. However, it is possible to print and supply meal vouchers with a nominal value of more than 120 CZK if requested by the client. Ticket Restaurant® meal vouchers in Blok Standard with a nominal value of 70-120 CZK (by 5 CZK) are available at our stores.

What is the optimal meal voucher value?

With a nominal value of 137 CZK you will get maximum tax savings on the part of the employer and the employee.

How can I order Ticket Restaurant vouchers? What is the easiest way?

How can I order Edenred Benefits vouchers? What is the easiest way?

Online ordering is simple and easy. You create an account on our website and then you can order.

I ordered the Ticket Restaurant / Edenred Benefits vouchers and I didn't receive an advance invoice / final invoice.

If you placed an online order, the advance invoice is generated immediately after you place your order. You can find the advance invoice in the "My orders" section. You will receive the final invoice once the vouchers have been made, i.e. after the payment of the advance invoice and after the payment is credited to our account. You will also find the final invoice on our website in the "List of invoices" section, or you will receive it in an email.

I paid the advance invoice. When will I receive the meal vouchers?

If you have already paid an advance invoice (or you are paying a final invoice) and your payment has been matched in our systems, we send the order to our production center the next day to be printed. Printing and subsequent delivery of an order usually takes 3 business days. If we deliver your order via Czech Post, you can track your shipment at www.postaonline.cz. You will receive the tracking number in the information email that we send you after your order is handed over to the Czech Post.

I have incorrectly entered my order for Ticket Restaurant / Edenred Benefits vouchers. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our Client Center immediately, or send us an email. Always specify your client number and the number of the order you want to cancel. If the ordered vouchers have not yet been produced, we will cancel the order free of charge. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 2% of the order is charged.

I would like to order vouchers online. How do I sign up to the online portal (MyEdenred)?

You can sign up via our website in the "Sign in" section, where you can create a new account. After filling out the registration form, we will send an activation link to your email address, and after clicking it you can sign in and order. If your password doesn't work, please continue by renewing your password and we will send you a link to reset your password.

I would like to pick up my vouchers in person. Is this possible? If so, where can I pick them up?

You can pick up the vouchers in one of our stores. our addresses and working hours can be found in the "Contact" section. You can pick up the vouchers after you pay the advance invoice and the payment in matched. If you are ordering vouchers online, you can check the status of your order under "My orders". When your order is ready to be picked up, the status will change to "Ready for pickup". You can verify an order status you've received in an email by telephone or email in our Client Center. The amount and variable symbol of the payment are required for its verification.

Where can I use your products? Where do they accept your vouchers?

Does BENZINA Tankarta have any limit?

Yes, the maximum limit for card payments is 6,000 CZK per day, 12,000 CZK per week and 20,000 CZK in total for the whole month. You can also adjust the limits (reduce them within the generally valid limits) via the Tankarta customer account.
