How can I charge my Edenred Benefits card?

You can only charge your card in your cafeteria. On the home page, click " Charge my card" next to the picture with the Edenred Benefits card and finish the order.

Where can I pay with the Edenred Benefits card?

You can find a list of partner establishments that accept the Edenred Benefits Card in the Establishment search engine in your cafeteria. Select Edenred BenefitsCard in the payment options and click "Edit results". You can also customize your search by entering an address or keyword (e.g., fitness, education), or selecting a category. Another option is the TicketCard by Edenred mobile app, which you can download for Android and iOS systems for free. This enables you to have the establishment search engine with geolocation with you at all times.

What is e-Ticket?

E-Ticket is an electronic type of voucher, and it is one of the fastest ways to draw benefits. It consists of a 6-digit code, and it is valid for 6 months after it is ordered. The e-Ticket voucher is non-transferable - you can only pay with e-Ticket at the partner establishment for which you ordered the e-Ticket. When purchasing goods or services, announce that you will pay with e-Ticket. The partner establishment will then verify the payment on the Internet https://partner.benefitycafe.cz. If you spend more than the value of the e-Ticket, you pay the rest in cash.

What is direct payment in eshops?

Direct payment in e-shops is a modern payment method for fast and secure online payments. It guarantees you the convenience of regular network payments for credit in your cafeteria. In the selected partner eshop, simply select payment with employee benefits, and then choose Edenred or Benefit Café. The payment is then immediately made, and the order of the selected goods/service is processed. The price of your order is then deducted from your cafeteria account.

Can I also pay with my Edenred Benefits card in eshops?

In some partner eshops you can pay with your Edenred Benefits card. These eshops include lékárna.cz, drmax.cz and invia.cz. However, the eshops listed in the cafeteria may not be partners for online payment with the EdenredBenefits card, so please pay attention to the list of partners for online card payments at benefits.edenred.cz. You will find the list at the bottom.

I can only buy certain types of goods in online pharmacies. Why?

Buying with benefits in online pharmacies is governed by the Income Tax Act, which stipulates what goods you can buy here. You can purchase goods related to health, medication, hygiene and similar goods and medical devices with a medical prescription.

Why can't I buy certain expensive package tours and stays through the cafeteria?

The Travel and Accommodation categories are subject to a legislative limit. This means that purchases in these categories, including payment with respective paper and electronic vouchers, or a benefit card, is legally limited to the amount of 20,000 per employee per year.

Can I order the Ticket Restaurant card for only some of my employees?

Yes, that is possible. One company can buy both the Ticket Restaurant® Card and paper meal vouchers from us. It's up to you.

How can I order Ticket Restaurant vouchers? What is the easiest way?

Online ordering is simple and easy. You create an account on our website and then you can order.

I paid the advance invoice. When will I receive the meal vouchers?

If you have already paid an advance invoice (or you are paying a final invoice) and your payment has been matched in our systems, we send the order to our production center the next day to be printed. Printing and subsequent delivery of an order usually takes 3 business days. If we deliver your order via Czech Post, you can track your shipment at www.postaonline.cz. You will receive the tracking number in the information email that we send you after your order is handed over to the Czech Post.

I have incorrectly entered my order for Ticket Restaurant / Edenred Benefits vouchers. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our Client Center immediately, or send us an email. Always specify your client number and the number of the order you want to cancel. If the ordered vouchers have not yet been produced, we will cancel the order free of charge. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 2% of the order is charged.

I would like to order vouchers online. How do I sign up to the online portal (MyEdenred)?

You can sign up via our website in the "Sign in" section, where you can create a new account. After filling out the registration form, we will send an activation link to your email address, and after clicking it you can sign in and order. If your password doesn't work, please continue by renewing your password and we will send you a link to reset your password.

I would like to pick up my vouchers in person. Is this possible? If so, where can I pick them up?

You can pick up the vouchers in one of our stores. our addresses and working hours can be found in the "Contact" section. You can pick up the vouchers after you pay the advance invoice and the payment in matched. If you are ordering vouchers online, you can check the status of your order under "My orders". When your order is ready to be picked up, the status will change to "Ready for pickup". You can verify an order status you've received in an email by telephone or email in our Client Center. The amount and variable symbol of the payment are required for its verification.
